Everlution is a firm believer of the 'work hard; play hard' mantra. We expect staff to put in their best efforts, and Everlution rewards them both financially and with well-funded social days, fun 'team building' outings, and 'achievers' days' (for the extra-hard-working amongst us).
• Social events
As a way of saying 'thank you', all employees are invited to social days/nights out. Ranging from a city-wide treasure hunting to full-size human table football, ten-pin bowling to quiet pub evening, we think the 'work hard, play hard' mantra should be taken literally.
• High achievers' days
We like to identify and reward staff who put in extra effort, whether that's working late to meet a client deadline or designing an extraordinary website that delights a client in its first iteration. That's why we introduced High Achievers Days; so far, they have included a sailing day, a day of cooking under guidance of a professional chef, and a simulated F1 race day.
We believe that nothing is impossible in web software development. We are constantly discovering new solutions to problems and building development tools. Hackdays give our developers and designers time for this, allowing them to explore new technologies and share this knowledge with colleagues.
• Everlution University
Software is constantly changing, and there are endless improvements to industry best practices. For developers this means regular "lunch-n-learn" sessions led by relevant experts and off-site training courses. Sharing, teaching and collaborating are important hallmarks of Everlution, and ensure that developers are at the top of their industry.
